Get Involved > Volunteer VolunteerVolunteers are essential to the Bellevue Philharmonic. We offer a variety of fun ways for music lovers to participate in our organization. Volunteers have the opportunity to meet the musicians and the maestro and get a "behind-the-scenes" look at the Eastside’s premiere performing arts organization. Special Events Make new friends and help keep music alive! Our annual Crescendo Auction, Garden Tour and other events provide needed support and ensure our orchestra never misses a beat. Volunteer opportunities are available at a variety of levels from event planning to short-term commitments the day of the event. View special events Guest Artist Hospitality Help our visiting guest artists feel welcome. We need volunteers to pick our guest artists up at the airport or transport them to and from the hotel to the concert hall for rehearsals and performances. Get to know our guest artists and enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at concert production. Hours vary, but are frequently in the evening or on weekends. Office Support Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, stuffing envelopes, answering phones and other essential tasks. Most office support is needed during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 to 5:00. Usher Provide a welcome atmosphere for concert attendees and enjoy great music.
